The Surveyor who called was very polite and explained the process. On contacting the office, the staff were again very polite and helpful. The installer was excellent. He arrived on time, executed his work quickly and was pleasant to deal with. I found the whole pro0cess to be very efficient with all staff who were contacted very pleasant and professional.
