Maintenance

Lifts are mechanical devices with moving parts, which may need replacing or a little adjustment from time to time.  We provide a comprehensive maintenance contract on all our lifts for the first year which includes: replacement parts for mechanical failure, call-out charges and labour costs, 365 days a year, with 24 hour breakdown assistance. If preferred a longer contract term can be purchased at time of order. All maintenance work is undertaken by trained engineers.

On-going maintenance

At the end of the first year you have the option to either: take out a full extended maintenance contract (over the term of your choice 1-5 years) or pay for an annual service, repairs or emergency call-out as and when needed. Please note, however, that priority of attendance to emergency breakdowns is always given to our customers with a valid contract in place. Maintenance contract costs and service/call out charges vary depending on the lift type.
